Our offering
Training on User Centricity
In this training you will learn the basics about User Centricity and User Centric design. We will up-skill your product team on most common methods and frameworks. These can then be applied generally independent of project.
The training includes a combination of theory and hands-on activities. During the training we will go through real life examples of your project.
The training is a good fit for a group up to 10 participants and can take place on-site or virtual.
Definition workshops
In definition workshops we help your team in defining key UX artefacts for your project. These can be Persona profiles, User Journeys, key action points, UX KPIs etc.
The workshops include a small theory introduction. But are for the most part very interactive.
These workshops are best fit for a small interdisciplinary product team. They can be organised on-site or virtually.
Product reviews
You already have a product which is either live, in development or will launch soon? You want a (second) professional opinion of potential improvements or red-flags?
The product reviews can either be a one time exercise with a dedicated UX report as an outcome. Or it can be an ongoing activity with short review session with your Product/UX team.
The reviews are mostly organised virtually.
